Profile PictureAnnie Catterall

Annie is a regenerative health coach, former nurse, and creator of Autonomic Alchemy — a grounded, heart-led path of nervous system healing rooted in light, language, and cellular sovereignty. Her fascination with the human body began at age 13, devouring books by doctors who challenged conventional thinking around medicine, nutrition, and healing. She dreamed of becoming a cardiologist and returned to high school determined to make a difference from the inside out. But everything changed in the summer of 2010/2011, when a series of compulsory vaccines for a mission trip triggered a chronic health collapse. Still clinging to her dream, she went on to study nursing — only to experience further injury from more mandated shots. Annie worked in aged care for seven years, until her health finally forced her to step away in early 2020. What followed was 14 years of relentless symptoms, medical gaslighting, and deep spiritual searching. Refusing to accept “this is just your life now,” Annie became her own health detective — trialling both allopathic and alternative paths, and rebuilding her body from the ground up. Her full recovery from POTS and vaccine injury came through a unique fusion of circadian biology, environmental detox, stem cell activation, and emotional recoding. The core lesson? The body wants to heal. It just needs the right conditions. Now, Annie helps others reset the body’s original instructions by working with nature — not against it. Her work bridges the sacred and the scientific, guiding burned-out bodies back into rhythm using light, structured water, nervous system repair, Conscious Language, and environmental coherence. She’s also the co-founder of the Wellness Superheroes podcast and Reclaim Me Reset — an immersive journey that helps women break free from survival mode and come home to their true self. Annie lives by the beach in Melbourne with her labradoodle, Sassy, and dreams of barefoot gardening and tending bees in the Hinterlands while helping others rise.
